Privacy Policy

We maintain strict confidentiality at our office.  Unless you direct us otherwise, we cannot and do not discuss your medical history with anyone but you.  If you wish someone else to be able to call in about your results or otherwise discuss them with us, we must have your permission to do so.  This is a requirement under the federal HIPPA law, and we simply need you to tell us if there is anyone else with whom you’d like us to be able to share your information.  We will then note them in your chart as having your permission to discuss your medical information.   You may change this list of persons at any time.  You may bring a family member or friend with you to your appointment if you’d like.
