Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm.

In addition to an on-phone screening before your scheduled appointment, you will be screened with a temperature reading, as well as a list of questions, upon entering the door.

Our office is located directly across from the Clearfield Hospital, and our parking lot is behind out building, with ample space. Attached to our parking lot is a ramp, with a railing. The building is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of handicap parking spots.

We participate in most of the major insurance plans in our area. These plans include: Aetna, Cigna, Champus, Geisinger Health Assurance, Highmark, Humana, Medicare, United Healthcare and UPMC.

Each of our providers has the capability to issue a video chat or phone call for your visit. This benefits patients who may have trouble getting to the office, whether they are too sick or do not have transportation. Also, if there is any chance of exposure to COVID or other related illnesses, this still allows thorough discussion with your provider from home.

No, it is not a requirement to first see one of our providers, or be an established patient here, to have lab work or other testing done. You will be asked to give general information, as well as insurance information, before you have your testing done.
